POLICIES

Reservations: A credit card or a 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation with the balance being due upon arrival. We accept cash, Travelers' Checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Room rate is for double occupancy plus 6% state tax and 1.1% local tax. An additional $10 per child ages 4-12 and $15 ages 13 to adult will be charged per night. Ages 3 and under are free.
Cancellations: Because we have only 1 unit to reserve, cancellations will affect us significantly, therefore we adhere to a strict policy. Deposits will be refunded less a $25 processing fee, if cancellation is received 14 days prior to arrival. Less than 14 days notice, the deposit is forfeited unless the entire reservation is rebooked. In that case, the processing fee applies. No refunds for early departures. You will be charged for the entire reservation if you cancel less than 72 hours (3 days) before your arrival.
Check-In: 3-6 pm. Please call if you need to arrive after the stated check-in time, so that we can arrange to meet you.
Checkout: 10:30 am.
Pets: Although we love animals, we cannot accommodate your traveling pets. Please feel free to greet our dog, Lacey, with a pat on the head and enjoy her company during your stay.
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in the home, however receptacles will be provided outside.
Children: Having children of our own, we know that families often enjoy vacationing together. We are able to accommodate up to 4 people. Please let us know the ages of your children when you contact us, so that we can help to meet your sleeping and mealtime needs. A portable crib will be available.
Breakfast: Breakfast will be served at 8:30 am (or by arrangement). We will provide you with hot coffee and tea, hot cocoa, juice, milk, muffins, an assortment of cereals and fresh fruit. Please let us know of any dietary requirements or allergies when you make your reservations.
